FOA (“we”) licenses assist software (the “Software”) for personal use. Each license code is valid for one device at a time and for the duration purchased (currently 1 day or 30 days; further durations may be offered in the future).
Activation binds a license to one machine by hardware fingerprint. Self-service unbind is available; each unbind deducts a small number of days from the remaining period. Renewing on the same machine extends the same license.
You may not share, resell, or rent license codes, or use the Software to violate a game provider’s terms. The Software is external and read-only; we do not guarantee that a game provider will never restrict or ban its use. We are not affiliated with any game developer or publisher.
The licensing service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. Major updates within the same product line are included for paid durations that are still active.
Payments are processed by our payment providers as merchant of record. Prices shown include applicable taxes where the provider collects them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the affected license. We are not liable for indirect damages, including in-game account actions taken by third-party game providers.
